Whitman County Emergency Management Looking For In The Whitman County Department of Emergency Management is encouraging public input into the development and updating of the County’s All Hazard Mitigation Plan. The process is guided by a Steering Committee composed of local residents, businesses, schools, and other area partners. In person 9 AM to 5 PM at 304 N Main Street, Colfax. Mailed filings must be received by 5 PM on May 18th to be eligible, mail to Elections, PO Box 191, Colfax, WA 99111.
